ANDHRA PRADESH PASTORS & INDEPENDENT CHURCHES ASSOCIATION, WAS SPREAD ACROSS THE 23 DISTRICTS AND 900 MANDALS WITH 13,000 INDEPENDENT CHURCH PASTORS AS ITS MEMBERS,
BECAUSE OF THE BIFURCATION OF THE STATE INTO TWO PARTS
(TWO TELUGU STATES )
SINCE A NEW STATE IS CARVED BY NAME TELANGANA STATE, WITH 10 DISTRICTS,AND HYDERABAD AS ITS CAPITAL,
HENCE THIS ASSOCIATION IS NAMED AS
INDIAN-PASTORS & INDEPENDENT CHURCHES ASSOCIATION.( IPICA )
& IT HAS SPREAD INTO SEVERAL STATES,AND NAMED AS
(1)  IPICA-TS,
(2) IPICA-AP.
(3) IPICA-KS.
(4) IPICA-TN.
(5) IPICA-CS.
(6) IPICA-WB.
(7) IPICA-PS,

APPICA-INTRODUCTION

Greetings in the Lords precious name May I introduce our-self to you, this is ANDHRA PRADESH PASTORS & INDEPENDENT CHURCHES ASSOCIATION, Regd with the Govt of AP -,

This organization is formed with an idea to bring all the pastors and Independent churches of A P under one umbrella, to create unity & provide them with necessary help, safety, protection and uniformity and project their voice for social justice and implementation of the fundamental rights [constitutional rights].

And in this direction as the state president I have traveled all the 23 districts and 750 mandals [talukas] and mobilized 9800, nine thousand eight hundred Independent-pastors, provided them with state wide Identity-cards, with a social status/local standing, and now we are providing them with Rs One lakh insurance each [ for a very nominal amount individual pastors pay themselves] from the Govt of India insurance company and we plan many more welfare pro-grames for the churches, pastors and the congregation,

OUR SLOGAN-A Own House for every Christian and a Pucca [Rcc] church for every congregation .last 60 yrs Government of Andhra Pradesh was helping to construct churches by giving an amount of Rs 30,000/- only, but we appealed to AP government in 2004 to do justice on par with the other religious communities, and demanded the Govt, give alteast Rs 3 laksh for every church construction, the Govt,in 2005 has increased the Grant for church construction to Rs one lakh, again we appealed in 2006 to the Govt, and it was enhanced to Rs One lakh fifty thousand only, so from this budget we got one hundred churches sanctioned Rs one lakh each,. We again plan to appeal to the govt, for enhancing the budget for equal-justice.


This is how we are working to unite and Develop all the independent churches thro-out the state and coming 20yrs we propose that not a single church in AP should be in Huts/sheds/Thatched roofs/ every church must be a Pucca Building (RCC) and create an identity for them among the main-line churches and also the Governments, state/central,

If there is any way that we both can join in this mission to unite all the independent churches, pastors and the congregations of Andhra Pradesh to create an atmosphere where they can grow spiritually, socially and economically.
